A timeline is simply a focused pathway and a frequency that one lives within. Understanding it this way helps you see how changing your energy can also change your timeline.   Shifting timelines is a spiritual concept that involves shifting to a new frequency or reality. 

Most people leap into a new year without really digesting all that they have experienced. This can create an energetic residue that can just ooze into your new year unknowingly. When we do not take the time for this kind of clearing, it is kind of like buying furniture for a house that is already furnished.
