The world is changing, and the energy moving through our planet is unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. The frequencies present right now are here to break up old patterns ruled by fear and awaken what’s been buried in the bloodline for generations.

Naming the wound is powerful, but it’s only the beginning of true healing. I know what it feels like to carry pain deep inside your soul, wounds buried so deep that they started to feel like part of your identity.
