I describe Self-Love as recognizing and embodying the love of the divine within you. It is not vanity, it is not from the ego, self-love is taking care of your own needs and happiness.
When your Self-Love is blocked your more shameful traits will be on the rise. Things like judgements, anxiety, betrayal, abandonment, may seem like a daily occurrence. But when self-love enters the picture, so does healing all these shameful inner states.
What causes the block to self-love?
Blocked self love is caused by a false belief that I am separate from the divine.
And that's just not true. This false belief is just something that your human has believed. Then that belief turns into emotion, then that emotions turns into thought and eventually plays out in your behavior.
However, there is a way out of this and it is through healing your subconscious at a root level.
Sounds deep right!?
Well, it does not have to be that complicated. If you go down into your self through meditation and you start to implant the following concepts, things will begin to shift for you.
Here are 6 of my favorite reprogrammings:
I am ONE with the Divine.
The Universe LIVES inside of me.
DIVINITY is inside of me.
I am never separate. I never could be.
I'm just a drop in the ocean that will return to the ocean.
SOURCE is inside of me!
As you plant these new and improved frequencies inside of you and begin to use your conscious mind to practice them, you have a better chance of seeing self-love show up in your life.

Most people look externally to feel love. They seek love in relationships, things, and circumstances. But this type of external searching will not unlock the love within you. Self-Love happens when you discover your own magnificence. This space feels like a portal into your heart, hearing the subtle voice of the Divine, a doorway into your own inner guidance, and being inspired to live in alignment with who you truly are at soul level. This is what self love can do for you.
