The Ceremony Your Soul Needs Before 2026

Before you rush into new goals for 2026, I invite you to pause and see if your soul is asking for something very different.

Most people leap into a new year without really digesting all that they have experienced. This can create an energetic residue that can just ooze into your new year unknowingly. When we do not take the time for this kind of clearing, it is kind of like buying furniture for a house that is already furnished. You have to clean out the old to make space for the new. So before you begin setting intentions or choosing your next big dream to focus on, I invite you to read these words with your heart wide open.

The Power of Reflection

Every December, I intentionally sit down with my journal, and an intentional process to look back over the last year. I open up my goal sheet from the year prior and take time to see the woman I became that year.

I look back on the challenges that almost broke me and the moments that ended up reshaping me (although I couldn't always see that as it was happening.) 

I look for the choices I made that empowered me and the courage that carried me through the darker moments. 

And what I found is that going through this process gave me a validation I didn't know I needed. It became such a huge way for me to see myself, my growth, and the moments where I finally got through the challenge and into the solution. 

I am always surprised how you can connect the dots backwards, and without looking deeply into these spaces you can miss the gems that await your reflection. 

This review of my year always brings me proud awareness of who I have become. 

I love standing at this conscious threshold between who I was in 2025, and who I have become. I feel this very practice is what opens more truth and space to then be able to start looking at and envision the NEW as you move forward into the next year.

Now this is where YOU come in. 

I have to point out the pink elephant in the room. I believe this reflection is the one step that matters the most, that most people skip. They do not complete the year they've had, they just zoom into the next one. And this leaves an energetic residue because without closure, the new year becomes a continuation of the old energy.

But when you complete the year intentionally, your whole system shifts, you feel seen, heard and understood. And this my friends is the medicine most people seek.  

What makes THIS New Year's Eve more Potent this Year

Not only do we have New Year’s Eve coming, but we have 2 rare lifecycle closures happening at the same time.

You were living inside a long initiation that was reshaping who you are, how you relate, what you are ready to release, and are now ready to harvest.

Right now we stand on the precipice of closing out those old identities, updating roles, and transmuting survival patterns you no longer need.
