Instead of feeling free, you get overwhelmed by the flood of emotions that are rushing through you, without the tools to process or understand it. These frequency upgrades can be intense. Without preparation, your system may feel overloaded, leading you to feel exhausted, emotionally unbalanced, and even have physical symptoms like restlessness, dizziness or burnout.

2. Obsessing (thinking it's manifesting)

Without grounded guidance, the intensity of Lion's Gate energy can overwhelm your nervous system.
