BIO
Sophie Frabotta is a Spiritual Healer and mentor who has an internationally recognized Spiritual Life Coach Certification program which teaches aspiring life coaches how to better understand their spiritual awakening, do the deep spiritual healing work to activate their ancient code ​of ​acceptance + wisdom, so they can then authentically step into the role of becoming a Spiritual Life Coach. For more than 15 years, Sophie has offered a variety of free resources including meditations, audio healing sessions, workshops, worksheets, articles, and downloads on how to step into this spiritual healing work now all on (www.AwakenwithSophie.com). She also has a crystal jewelry company (www.awakencrystalgallery.com) that provides a modern spin on wearing these crystals to influence healing.
Her spin on how to do this deep spiritual healing work focuses on her revolutionary process, called The 4 R's Method, which walks an individual from wounded to freedom through four phases: recognize, release, reprogram, and radiate. With a Master's in Transpersonal Psychology, and over 10K hours of 1-1 spiritual healing experience, Sophie works with ambitious students and clients to help bring freedom to all aspects of their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, which result in whole life healing and transformation!

​Sophie received a very unique Master's Degree in Transpersonal Psychology with a specialty in Spiritual Psychology from Sofia University in Palo Alto, California in 2016. Transpersonal Psychology is a holistic approach to psychotherapy, and studies human potential + the possibility of having peak experiences after one has done the deep psychological and spiritual healing work.

Sophie has spent over 10 thousand hours in coaching individuals. She explains: "being a witness to so many transformations, I can tell you that the healing process is messy, and it often doesn't go as expected. It requires YOU to show up, do the inner work (even if others were the catalyst for the pain) and move the energy out of your body, mind, emotions, and spirit." Sophie encourages people on the spiritual awakening path to find a guide who can show them the way to navigate this healing space effectively.
