I'M SOPHIE.
I didn’t just witness the birth of the Spiritual Coaching Industry, I helped midwife it.

As one of the original trailblazers in this space, I’ve dedicated my life to leading people into undeniable transformation, long before "Life Coaching" became mainstream.
​
With over 10,000 hours of 1:1 experience, a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology, and a globally-recognized Spiritual Life Coach Certification, I’ve walked this path back home into my soul.

I’m honored to be known as a Spiritual Thought Leader, but more importantly, I am a soul-led, heart-centered guide deeply committed to helping YOU awaken your highest truth.

My work is not surface-level. I take students into the depths of real, embodied transformation and integration, the kind that most have never witnessed nor experienced. This healing experience is an energetic movement rooted in truth, wholeness, and liberation.

My journey began with radical self-healing as I transformed through debilitating anxiety, bulimia, suicidal thoughts, and released over 60 pounds by doing the deep inner work. And it was this work that became my blueprint and a series of sacred method that create a movement inside of your soul.

From those early years of guiding others in private sessions, I took notes, listened deeply, and refined what works. That’s how the Spiritual Life Coach Certification was born. This is a culmination of my profound, soul-aligned methodologies that continues to change lives across the globe.

I stand before you today, as a work in progress and someone deeply devoted to the path of healing, it is my joy to be a living example of the work.
